Helen Frankenthaler's Grey Fireworks is the inspiration for this hazy skein. In this painting, small bursts of electric color contrast with vague, smoky greys.

This is made from fully traceable organically grown fleece, the finest produced from the Falkland Islands, South Atlantic. A standard 4 ply made from 100% Superwash Merino wool which is soft to touch and won't be itchy next to the skin. The fibers have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable, therefore it will not ‘felt’ when washed, it is a great easy-care yarn - but please be gentle with your hand knits!
