Returns & Shipping
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to return your order to me for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please notify me as soon as possible, and within 28 days of purchase. You can contact me via the form here, or via email which is email@example.com.
Any yarn returned to me for an exchange or refund must arrive in its original state and be in a saleable condition. Custom orders cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
I aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. If this is not possible for whatever reason, I will contact you to let you know why.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class, unless you upgrade, and usually take a couple of days to arrive, though please be patient at the moment as this isn’t always the case due to postal strikes.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery, which is not a trackable service. There is an option to upgrade at checkout to a trackable service for an extra fee. Please be aware that due to postal strikes, parcels sent internationally are taking much longer to get to their recipients.
If you're purchasing from outside the UK, you may be liable for customs / import charges. All import fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer and The Yarn Artist is not responsible for delays if your package is held in Customs.
